  •  Backgrinding (BG) Wastewater

Apuretec's SiC flat sheet ceramic membranes deliver exceptional wear resistance against high-hardness abrasive suspended solids. Acting as an advanced pre-treatment barrier for UPW and wastewater recovery systems, they effectively intercept impurities, significantly extending the lifespan of downstream RO membranes and ensuring continuous facility operations.

  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Process Wastewater

When handling metallic micro-particles and debris, SiC's extreme hardness provides superior resistance to physical wear and particle impact. In heavy metal solids interception and concentration, it withstands continuous high-pressure scouring without risk of piercing or damage. This stable solid-liquid separation ensures consistent water quality while facilitating efficient downstream metal resource recovery.

  • Groundwater Treatment for High Turbidity

Overcoming the clogging and short lifespan limits of sand filters and polymer membranes, SiC's hydrophilicity enables stable high flux at extremely low TMP. It effectively removes suspended solids, colloids, and iron/manganese oxides, providing consistent water quality and low-cost, reliable water sources for remote treatment plants.
